DELIVERY TERMS

The dabai.lv store provides delivery throughout Latvia and the Baltic countries.

When placing an order on our website, you will have the option to choose:

  •  FREE
  • Delivery to UNISEND parcel locker in Latvia -€2.90 or FREE for orders over €50.00
  • Delivery to OMNIVA parcel locker in Latvia -3,90 €
  • Courier delivery in Latvia -7,90 €

If you want to purchase an item with delivery to Lithuania, please place your order through our Lithuanian website -www.gamtai.lt

If you want to purchase an item with delivery to Estonia, please place your order through our Estonian website -www.loodusele.ee

Estimated shipping time: 1-4 business days

When choosing to pick up the item at one of our retail locations, you will receive a confirmation SMS to the provided phone number, notifying you that the order is available for pickup at your chosen location.
Orders can only be collected after receiving the confirmation SMS.

When placing an order, the item is reserved and stored for 7 days. If you do not pick up the item within this time, it will be returned to the store for sale and your reservation will be canceled.

After placing the order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time and address.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • You can cancel the order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the item – as provided by distance selling regulations.
  • If, upon inspecting the received item in the presence of the courier, you find it unsatisfactory for any reason, the courier will draw up a report and the item in its original packaging along with accompanying documents will be sent back. (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully review the detailed description of each model in advance.)
  • If, despite the detailed product description and review, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality, and return it in the same condition as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this decrease in value from the refundable amount.
  • We ensure that the product is shipped from the store in impeccable quality. However, if you find any technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty terms) after coordinating with us (write an email, and we will send you detailed instructions), you can send it back to the store. In this case, you have the right to request a product replacement or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its repair you will receive the product with cash on delivery, which will correspond to the cost of the repair and shipping expenses.
  • Product returns are free of charge!

REFUND:

  • If for any of the above reasons you need to receive a refund for the product, the money will be transferred to the account from which it was paid. If you want to receive the money in a different account, this must be specified separately.
  • In the above product return cases, a product inspection is carried out, for which we reserve 5 working days. If the product is returned in the same condition as it was shipped,dabai.lv the money is transferred within 2-5 working days.
