If you choose to collect your order from one of our retail locations, you will receive a confirmation text message when it is ready for collection. Orders can only be collected after receiving the confirmation message.

If any additional information is required after your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time or address.

When placing an order on our website, you can choose from the following collection and delivery options:

• Collection from our store (Brīvības laukums 4, Tukums) – FREE
• Delivery to a UNISEND parcel locker in Latvia – €2.90 or FREE for orders over €50.00
• Delivery to an OMNIVA parcel locker in Latvia – €3.90
• Courier delivery in Latvia – €7.90

To receive the delivery terms intended for your country, please place your order through the corresponding country-specific online store listed above.

If you would like to place an order with delivery to another EU country, please contact us at info@dabai.lv. We will find the most suitable delivery option for your destination and inform you of the cost in advance.

• You can cancel your order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the product - as stipulated by the regulations governing distance selling.
• If, upon inspecting the received product in the presence of the courier, you find that it does not satisfy you for some reason, the courier will prepare a report and the product in its original packaging along with accompanying documents will be sent back. (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully study the detailed description of each model in advance.)
• If, despite the detailed description and inspection of the product, it does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 days. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality, and return it as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this value reduction from the refundable amount.
• We ensure that the product is shipped from the store in impeccable quality. However, if you find any technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty Terms), after coordinating with us (write an email, and we will send you detailed instructions), you can send it back to the store. In this case, you have the right to request a product exchange or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its rectification you will receive the product with a payment due that corresponds to the cost of the repair and shipping expenses.
• Returns are free!

REFUND:

• If for any of the reasons mentioned above you need to receive back the money paid for the product, it will be transferred to the account from which it was credited. If you want to receive the money in a different account, this must be specified separately.
• In the aforementioned cases of product returns, a product inspection is carried out, for which we reserve 5 working days. If the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, dabai.lv will refund the money within 2-5 working days.
